We had a great experience at this shop today. We were looking for fabric for curtains and blinds. The shop feels like an Aladdin’s Cave full of rolls of excellent fabric, supplemented by a large range of sample books. The gem though was Joe who had an encyclopedic knowledge of his stock. He listened to our needs and within minutes had identified samples we really liked. Thank you Joe, great service.

What a shame. Lovely selection of fabric but I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I’d been looking forward to buying some remnants but couldn’t wait to leave. It was bizarre and weird!! I can only agree with the other 1 star reviews.

Very helpful friendly service. The staff member knew exactly what samples to show us and we chose a fabric in 5 minutes, which is perfect for our room.

If I could give this shop no stars I would. Wearing a mask as requested on the door, I entered and asked if I could look at fabric. I was asked if I was local. When I said no I was told not to touch anything as I wouldn't be serious about buying anything. I had seen fabric in the shop I wanted to buy so you lost a sale no earnings this review. Shame on you.

Customer service very poor, similar poor service experiences of others. Completely unfriendly, disinterested, I'm sure there are a good range of fabrics, but just some customer interest, or enquiry as to whether I needed help, would have been nice, but as I didn't want to disturb the nice family social chat, I left.

Staff were very helpful,nothing was too much trouble.There were plenty of choice of material , lady helped me with choice and i could have bought what ever measurement i needed.Will deffiantly call in again, i was very happy with my shopping.One very happy customer.Thank you

I love love love this shop!...i rarely buy my fabric from anywhere else...the staff are attentive and helpful ...they stock designs that you can't find in other shops ...i often go in just to browse and be inspired ...recently made a mistake in my purchase (daughter changed her mind!) And the staff couldn't have been more understanding...us locals need to suppport lovely local high street shops like this one ...😁

As usual, a great selection of fabrics with friendly, helpful service to find just what I want for new cushion covers on a refurbished chair. I've been a regular customer for over 15 years, and the range of fabric is wonderful - a great place to 'rummage' as well :-)

Great customer service. Staff very helpful and friendly. Took time out to help in finding the perfect fabrics for my home. A vast range of fabric, samples can be ordered if requested. Over all a great service
