Real gem. A 1820s restored old apothecary shop. Selling lots of smellies. Bath bombs, candles, oil, shaving gear, perfume, all natural ingredients. Helpful friendly staff.

Wow! This place is divine. Beautiful to look at and the aromas are mmmmm. The owners are lovely and were very helpful. We literally couldn't resist buying lots of beautiful things. I would recommend a visit to this gorgeous place in Matlock. Buy something for yourself or someone you love from this place, as it feels quite special. There is even a charming book written by the owner about the shop, written like a children's book from a cat's eye view and full of actual history of the place.

I visited this shop yesterday and wow, it was like walking into a time machine , it's inside is like an old victorian pharmacy, they have any soap , candle, perfume or aftershave you can think of , in fact anything that smells nice ! I treated myself to men's smellies and some candles, I was served by a lovely lady called Sharon , friendly and chatty and a real credit to the shop , go on , treat yourself to a pamper gift ! :)

Daughters birthday present ordered on line. I was called within 24 hours for payment and any changes but you can order and send directly. You could also pop in pay and put a card in the parcel. Fantastic products, excellent service and quality advice. I bought amongst many items the clay shampoo and conditioner bars. I can honestly say my daughters hairs have never looked better. Also the fragrance sizzles are gorgeous
